How to Make Acai Bowls at Home (3 Ingredients + Toppings!)

Learn how to make EASY acai bowls in 15 minutes or lessusing 3 simple ingredients + your favorite smoothie bowl toppings!

With frozen acai puree, frozen fruit, & your choice of milk, you can make a homemade acai bowl thats deliciously thick & naturally sweet, with no added sugars or sweeteners. Its as easy as blending up a smoothie, but a MUCH more satisfying & satiating breakfast.

Nowadays, you can find acai bowls at restaurants, or premade acai bowl packets in grocery storesbut many of these options are loaded with sneaky added sugars. (Sometimes 12g+ per acai packet, or 60g+ per acai bowl!) This doesnt make these options bad, but its something to be aware of if your intention is to choose that acai bowl as a lower-sugar breakfast, rather than a sweet treat.

By making your own lightened-up acai bowl at home, you can use frozen fruits like banana, pineapple, mango, or berries for natural sweetness instead. Or, feel free to add sugar or honey if thats what makes YOUR best breakfast experience! Remember to lighten up on yourselfthere are no rules here.
