- 2-1/4 cups almonds
- Pinch of salt
- 3 250g packs cream cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
========================================
SYRUP

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup honey
- 1 pc. orange peel
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 2 lemons
