In this episode of RECIPE?! I went shopping at a local grocery store to see what I could find on the shelves once the global pandemic was announced. This was shot on Saturday March 14 the day after the US announced the European flight ban. It was only 24 hours after people started panicking by hoarding food and toilet paper at the grocery store. A lot was still unknown at this point and many people hadn't begun quarantine yet, including myself. First and foremost, I hope you are healthy and safe. The last week has entirely changed our world and it's a shock. If you've been affected by loss of any kind at this time my sincerest condolences.Since nearly ALL of us are at home and looking for ways to entertain ourselves, maybe distract from anxiety, and give ourselves some self care, I thought I could help by getting back online and making content and sharing what I do here.I made a frozen Amy's vegan pizza and doctored it up with more toppings including cherry tomatoes, shitake mushrooms, parm shreds, and vegan feta cheese.
