Ingredients

2 pounds brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons melted butter
Salt and pepper

1 Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

2 00:00:41 - Spread the brussel sprouts out in a single layer on a 4-sided baking sheet. Drizzle with honey and melted butter. Season with a little salt and pepper. Go easy on the salt and pepper, you just want a touch of each in every bite.

3 00:01:27 - Bake in the preheated oven until sprouts are tender, about 15-25 minutes (depending on size of the brussel sprouts).
