Recipe: Nam Jim Jaew - Thai Spicy BBQ dipping sauce

Fish Sauce 4 tbsp
Lime Juice 2 tbsp
Tamarind Puree 2 tbsp
Palm Sugar 1 tbsp
Dried Chili flakes 1 tbsp
Roasted Rice Powder 1 tbsp
Shallots 2 thinly sliced or chopped as per preference
Coriander 2-3 twigs chopped
Spring Onion 1-2 chopped
