Who knew it is so easy to make crisp #BananaChips at home! One can easily make these to their liking by pairing them with a plethora of flavour combos. We stuck to the classic salt & pepper style but feel free to add red chili powder for the chili punch or add pudina (mint) powder to make them taste like the ICONIC Uncle Chips Method:1. Peel the raw bananas as show in the video.2. Soak the peeled bananas in waterHeat oil in a kadhai.3. Carefully using a mandolin slicer. Slice the raw banana into the hot oil.4. Fry till golden brown & crispy.5. Add salt and black pepper to taste and toss well.6.
