Ingredients

1 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice

1 00:00:12 - In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
