How to make Sabudana Vada

Sabudana vada is a popular snack made with tapioca pearls known as sabudana. These are crisp from outside yet soft & fluffy from inside. Sabudana vada are also eaten as a fasting food by many hindus. So only a handful of ingredients go into making this.

If you are not making it for fasting, then feel free to add about 1 tbsp of ginger garlic chopped or paste, handful of mint leaves and some corn starch or rice flour.
