Ingredients
- 3-4 smoked kpanla or ejakika fish
- 5-6 fresh tomatoes
- 1-2 tablspoons tomato paste
- 1 onion bulb
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh pepper
- 1 tablespoon all purpose season ( see recipe link above or seasoning with spices of choice)
- 1/2 cup bleached palm oil or vegetable oil
- Bell peppers (cut in strips)
- Salt to taste
