The way I show you yields an ultra crispy seed that is easier to digest {no need to peel}!Recipe:Seeds from 1 *sugar* pumpkin1 tb melted butter3 tb sugar + 1 ts pumpkin spiceClean/wash the seeds.Boil in salted water for 10 minutes.Dry thoroughly {the drier = the crispier}Spread evenly on a baking sheet and toss with melted butter/spices.Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, stirring in between.The flavor possibilities are endless!
