How to make the CRISPIEST Pumpkin Seeds - Crispy Roasted Seeds Recipe

Light & crispy pumpkin seeds. I made pumpkin spice flavored but the possibilities are endless! The way I show you yields an ultra crispy seed that is easier to digest {no need to peel}!

Recipe:
Seeds from 1 *sugar* pumpkin
1 tb melted butter
3 tb sugar + 1 ts pumpkin spice

Clean/wash the seeds.
Boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
Dry thoroughly {the drier = the crispier}
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and toss with melted butter/spices.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, stirring in between.

The flavor possibilities are endless! Sriracha/honey, garlic parm, curry, cayenne, maple...
