200 gm. Chicken
3 Thinly Sliced Onions
3 Tbsp. Mustard Oil
2 Peeled and Halved Potatoes
2 Tsp. Garlic
1 Tsp. Ginger
Green Chillies
Turmeric Powder
Salt To Taste
½ Tsp. Pepper

Tip
1.Use a cast iron wok to cook food to impart it with a distinctive flavor
2.Use freshly ground pepper instead of packaged pepper for better flavor
3.To save cooking time, always add warm water to the chicken
