Want cake? I got cake! And if you're a fan of Breaking Bad then THESE are the cakes for you. Resembling something you should definitely not know about, these Blue Magic cupcakes are perfect for a night in with your mates and a box set of one of the greatest series ever made.

Recipe -

For the cupcakes -

125g self raising flour
125g caster sugar
125g unsalted butter, soft
2 large free-range eggs
1 1/2 tbsp whole milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Blue food colouring

For the Blue Magic -

395g granulated sugar
200ml water
190ml corn syrup/liquid glucose
1/8 tsp blue colour gel
