INGREDIENTS:
Biscuits:
1 cup buttermilk (plus extra for brushing)
4 oz butter
2 cups all purpose flour (plus extra for rolling out)
3 tbsp honey (optional)
1 & 1/2 tbsps baking powder
2 tsp salt

Gravy:
2 oz butter
4-5 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chicken stock
small sprig of rosemary
2 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
salt to taste
