LeGourmetTV Is Now Glen & Friends Cooking!MMMM... bet you can't eat just one of these great desserts.Ingredients:Ingredients:1/3 cup (75 mL) 2% milk 1 envelope unflavoured gelatine 2½ cups (625 mL) heavy cream (35% or whipping cream) ½ cup (125 mL) white sugar 1½ tsp (7 mL) pure vanilla extract 2 Tbsp (30 mL) instant coffeeMethod:Pour milk into a small bowl and stir in the gelatine powder. Set aside.In a saucepan, stir together the heavy cream, and sugar. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Watch carefully because the cream could boil over.Stir in the instant coffeePour the gelatine / milk mixture into the boiling cream. Stir and cook 1 minute more.Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
