INGREDIENT

For Masala Dosa (मसाला डोसा)

Rice (चावल) - 3 bowl or 250 gm
Urad Dal (उड़द दाल) - 1 bowl or 75 gm
Fenugreek (मेथी दाना) - 1 tbsp
Potato (आलू) - 2 large (boiled)
Onion (प्याज) – 1 small (chopped)
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2-3 (chopped)
Ginger Paste (अदरक का पेस्ट) - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves (करी पत्ते) - 7-8
Mustard seeds (राई) - 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp or as per taste
Oil (तेल) - 4 tbsp
