How To Make or prepare Dosa Batter At Home:
Soak 2 cups of rice , 1 cup of urad dal, 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds and 1 tsp of chana dal for about 6-7 hours...
Blend all the ingredients into a fine paste by adding 1 cup of cooked rice and make a fine batter.
Ferment the batter by allowing it to rest overnight ...
Next day morning add salt, mix well and batter is ready to make dosa.

Note: Add little water while making dosa if the batter is too thick.
