Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk for a few seconds.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and green chillies and sauté for 2 minutes or till the onions turn translucent.3. Add tomatoes, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.4. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs mixture and continue to mix and cook for 2-3 minutes more.5. Add coriander leaves, mix and take the pan off the heat. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig.6.
