Mini Pizza fun cooking with ArahanaEdited by: Ayushi GargMini PizzasIngredients:(Pizza Dough)• 2 cups Flour • 1 tsp Yeast• 1 cup lukewarm Water• 1tsp Salt• 1 tsp Sugar• 2 tbsp extra-virgin Olive oil• 1 cup small Basil• 1 cup grated Mozzarella / Cheddar cheese• Pizza sauce (recipe below)Method:1. Place the flour on a work platform make a well add yeast, sugar and lukewarm water, stir the mixture. Keep adding lukewarm water and salt to taste to form a smooth and elastic dough.2. Knead well in a mixer or with hands for about 5 minutes. If using a mixer, once finished kneading, remove dough from bowl and shape into a large ball by hand.3. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover the bowl with lid and let it rise for an hour or till doubled in sizeTo assemble pizzas:1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.2. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.3. Cut the pizza dough into portions. Place one portion of the pizza dough on a well-floured surface, roll it with the help of rolling pin.4. Cut dough into 18-20 rounds with the help of a round cutter; place rounds 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Top each with pizza sauce, cheese, and basil.5. Bake mini pizzas for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
