Full Recipe: https://goo.gl/v9KGFiIngredients for Pizza Paratha:2 cups wheat flour½ tsp salt1 teaspoon oilFor stuffing of Paratha:1 medium sized finely chopped onion1 ½ Tbsp finely chopped yellow capsicum1 ½ Tbsp finely chopped red capsicumChopped olives1 tbsp boiled Sweet corn kernels1 tbsp chopped & boiled Baby corns3/4 cup Grated Mozzarella cheese¼ teaspoon Black pepperSalt to tasteItalian seasoningPizza pasta sauceChilly flakes (optional)1 tsp Olive oilHow to make Pizza Paratha:Kneading the dough:Put whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water little at a time and knead the dough till it becomes soft, pliable and smooth in texture.Put some oil all over the dough and smoothen the dough little bit more. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s prepare our stuffing.Preparation of Veg mixture:Heat oil in a pan and add all the veggies (Onion, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, baby corns, and olives) and sauté it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Do not overcook let it be crunchy.Take a bowl and put mozzarella cheese, boiled corns, Veg mixture, salt to taste, black pepper, Italian seasoning and mix until well combined. Keep it aside.Rolling out the doughAfter 15 minutes uncovered the dough and put little oil again and give the final knead before rolling.Now take one ball from the dough and roll the ball in the palms of your hands and flatten it.
