Now make Sizzling Brownie with ice cream at home for your dear ones by following this easy and quick recipe in Microwave.
Sizzling Brownie Ingredients:
Chocolate Sauce
Dark Chocolate ¾ Cup
Fresh cream ¾ Cup
Butter 1 tbsp

Brownie Cake -
Dark Chocolate 40 gm
Butter 30 gm
Powder sugar 2.5 tbsp
Maida 5 tbsp
Baking Powder ¼ tsp
Vanilla Essence ¼ tsp
A pinch of Salt
Vanilla Icecream 1 Scoop
Powder of Chocolate Biscuit 1 tbsp

Recipe of Sizzling Brownie:-
Sauce
-Heat the ¾ Cup fresh cream in a nonstick pan and cook on a low flame till cream become hot
-Add ¾ Cup dark chocolate chunks
-Stir continuously with the help of spatula
-Add 1 tbsp butter
-Mix well
-Switch off the flame
-Cool it

Brownie Cake
-Put 40 gm of chocolate and 30 gm of butter into a microwave safe bowl
-Heat in a microwave for 30 sec
-Stir continuously till chocolate melts
-Then add 2.5 tbsp Powder Sugar
-Mix well till sugar dissolves
-Then add 5Tbsp Maida, ¼ Tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
-Mix well
-Add 4 tbsp room temp milk but add half first
-Stir it then add remaining milk
-Stir well to combine
-Line microwave safe bowl with baking paper
-Pour the batter
-Cook in a microwave for 1min and 15 sec
Note- Each microwave has different temp settings, u might take less or more 10 sec to bake
-Cake is ready
-Let it cool

Assemble
-Heat sizzler plate on medium heat for 5 min
-Once heated, put it back in its wooden plate
-Sprinkle some powder chocolate Biscuit
-Place brownie on it
-Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream over brownie
-Pour the chocolate sauce as much as u like over ice cream and hot plate
-Within a few seconds the chocolate sauce will start bubbling.
-This is the time you grab spoon and eat hot sizzling chocolate brownie
