How to Make Tender Juicy Pork Chops

Ingredients:
2 lbs pork chop
4 cups cold water
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
2 sprigs thyme or rosemary (optional)

Procedure:
1. Combine water, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add rosemary sprigs and pork chops. Cover the bowl.
3. Refrigerate for a maximum of 7 hours. If the pork chops are thinly sliced, you can lessen the brining time to 3 to 5 hours.
4. Rinse the pork chop with water. Pat dry using a clean cloth or paper towel.
5. Fry the pork chops. Note: no seasoning needed
