Ingredients:-
1 Cup Broad Beans (Val Papdi Beans)
1 cup Potatoes diced
1 cup Purple Yam diced 
1 cup Brinjals
1 cup Peanuts (soaked in water for 2 hrs) 
Drumsticks 4
Spring onions 2 cups
Big chillies 6/7

2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
Salt, to taste
½ cup Coriander Leaves
½ cup Coconut, freshly grated
3 tbsp. Oil


Method:-
- Mix all the ingredients together in an earthen pot and cook as shown in the video.
