It's getting hot in hurrr. Let's cool down with a delicious Summer Kimchi Noodles. It's one of my favorite cold noodles to eat in the summer (the other being naengmyeon). Best of all, cook up some Samgyeopsal on the side and eat the two together. The key flavor variable to this cold noodle is the spicy marinade - and we got the golden ratio. Enjoy Neighbors!!
