The goal is to make it what you want. Of course we can want any kind of food but the ultimate driving force behind our choice is our desire. Not just for taste, convenience or to fit in with everyone else, but also for how we feel after the choice. Emotionally and physically. Its the entire experience of the choice, not just the first 10 minutes.

How will we feel about ourselves after a healthy choice? Empowered? Balanced? Proud? Confident? Strong? Fulfilled? Librated? Feel these things BEFORE to inspire action.

Finding joy in choosing our new habits and feeling the feelings we have AFTER we accomplish the habit, can really help to motivate us to actually CHOOSE the new habit.

We CAN shift our mindsets and motivate ourselves to practice our new habits. Get excited BEFORE about how you are going to feel AFTER!
