Ingredient Quantity
Wheat (Ghehu) soaked overnight 1 cup
Moong dal soaked overnight 1 Tbsp
Chana dal soaked overnight 2 Tbsp
Urad dal soaked overnight 1 Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Bay leaf 2 No.
Black cardamom 1 No.
Green cardamom 2 No.
Green chilli paste 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cloves 2-3 No.
Green chilli paste 1 Tbsp
Black peppercorn 1 Tsp
Caraway seeds 1 Tsp
Mutton on bone ½ Kg.
Brown onion 3 no.
Salt to taste
Yogurt ½ Cup
Water 1 ltr.
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Milk 2 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 Tbsp
Garam masala ½ Tsp
Lemon cut into wedge 1 No.
Brown cashew nut 1 Tbsp
Mint leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Take presser cooker, add wheat, moong dal, chana dal, urad dal, ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, green chilli paste, black peppercorn, caraway seeds, mutton, half brown onion, salt, yogurt and water.
2. Close the lid and cook for 35-40 min.
3. After 40 min, switch of the flame and allow the pressure in the cooker release naturally. Once the pressure has released, open the cooker and remove all mixture in bowl.
4. Take another bowl and remove the mutton pieces.
5. Remove the whole spices and discard it.
6. Take grinder jar, add boiled wheat, dal and little stock and grind coarsely.
7. Heat ghee in kadai, add grinded mixture and mix well.
8. Add stock, mix well and cook for 35-40 min.
9. Add milk and mix well.
10. Cover and cook for 1 min.
11. Take the mutton pieces, remove the bones and shredded it.
12. Add chopped coriander, garam masla and mutton pieces, mix well and cook for 1 min.
13. Remove in serving bowl, add remaining brown onion, brown cashew nut, mint leaves and lemon wedge and serve hot.
