I cooked Laing for the barangay.

Ingredients:
1 kilo dried taro leaves
3 kilos pork belly
18 ounces bagoong alamang
20 cups coconut milk
2 cups coconut cream
15 pieces Thai chili pepper
1 1/2 cups garlic, minced
3 cups onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups ginger, minced
1 whole smoked mackerel
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
3 cups water
3/4 cups cooking oil
