RECIPES FROM VIDEO:

1-Ingredient Bread Recipe (makes 1)
- 2 and 1/3 cups of golden flaxseed meal
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp baking powder (optional)
- 1 tsp baking soda (optional)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Mix all dry ingredients (or simply flaxseed meal)
3. Add wet ingredients (or simply just the water)
4. Mix until holds together in a lump, don’t over mix it
5. Transfer to loaf pan
6. Spray the top with water and extra seeds (optional)
7. Let dough rest for 5 minutes
8. Bake the bread for 60 minutes
9. Let it cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes and then remove
10. Let it cool down completely

10-Ingredient Bread Recipe (makes 2 loafs)
- 1/2tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/2tbsp sugar
- 1/2tbsp salt
- 1 cups of warm water
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- olive oil for greasing
- cornmeal for dusting
- poppy seeds to sprinkle
- sesame seeds to sprinkle
- coarse salt
1. In a large bowl mix dry yeast, sugar, salt and warm water
2. Gradually add flour
3. Knead dough on floured surface for 10 minutes
4. Grease the same large bowl with olive oil and cover somewhere warm for 1 to 2 hours to double in size
5. Punch dough and shape into 2 loafs of bread on a baking tray sprinkled with cornmeal or flour
6. Slash the tops and brush with cold water
7. Sprinkle with seeds and salt, let it rest for 5 minutes
8. Place roasting pan with 1 inch deep of boiling water in the bottom of the oven
9. Transfer baking tray with bread into the cold oven
10. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes until golden
