[email protected]RECIPES:20-Ingredient Chocolate Cake:Cake- 2tbs of vinegar- 75ml of milk- 100g dark chocolate- 100g milk chocolate- 65g butter - 65g coconut oil- 65g ghee- 1tbs of instant coffee granules - 125ml of cold water- 85g of self-raising flour- 85g of plain flour- 1/4tsp baking soda- 200g light brown sugar- 200g white caster sugar- 25g cocoa powder- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon- 1/4 teaspoon ginger- 3 medium eggsRecipe- Oven to 160- Add vinegar to milk and set aside- Put milk chocolate and dark chocolate in a medium pan with butter, coconut oil and ghee- Mix coffee granules in cold water and pour in previews pan- Heat up in stove or microwave- Mix self-raising flour, plain flour, baking soda, light brown sugar, caster sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple, cinnamon and ginger- Beat 3 eggs with vinegar milk mixture- Pour chocolate mixture and egg mixture into dry flour mixture- Bake for 1h 25 minutes2-Ingredient Chocolate CakeCake- 4 egg whites, 4 egg yolks- 260g milk chocolateRecipe- Pre heat oven to 170- Microwave chocolate for 1 minute- Separate yolks from whites- Whisk whites until soft peaks- Add yolks to chocolate one by one- Fold egg whites into mixture slowly- Bake in greased tin for 30 minutes
