Please check out more of her work no her website below:https://purpleflour.co.uk/Claudia's Gingerbread Recipe:75ml water210g dark brown sugar3 table spoons of golden syrup3 table spoons of treacle3 table spoons of ground cinnamon3 table spoons of ground ginger1 teaspoon ground cloves-250g of cubed cold salted butter1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda560g of plain flour-This makes one gingerbread house of the size we made plus some decorations or around 20 large shapes / around 50 small shapes.-The gingerbread is baked at 200 degrees fan foraround 12-13 minutes ( baking time varies depending on size of the shapes)Health and Safety note:As I'm posting this video the health guidelines have changed in London as some of you might have heard.
