Eat Raja is the fascinating story of an engineer turned radio jockey who gave up his career to help his mother look after the family juice shop upon the untimely passing of his father a couple of years ago. And along the way, elevated it from a mere juice shop to the countrys first zero waste juice bar. Where there is no plastic, no paper used, where imaginative juice concoctions are served in vestibules fashioned out of fruit shells, highly instagrammable, that after serving their purpose are then gathered to be fed to cows. I catch up with zero-waste evangelist, Anand Raj aka Raja, taste six of his slurp-worthy creations, and leave with the one thought that we must all pay heed to what we waste.
