Ingredients
Medium sized prawns
For marination:
Salt
Lime
Pepper
Chopped garlic
For sauce
Garlic
Chilli flakes
Green pepper
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Finely chopped celery
Finely chopped onions
Green onions finely chopped
Coriander, chopped
White white
On the side
Carrots, baby corn, broccoli
Butter
Precooked herbed rice
Parsley for garnish
