Choctaw tribal member Chef David Skinner and recently awarded JBF Best Chef Texas Benchawan Jabthong Painter joined this incredible panel at Anti-Convention 2023 to discuss what they are doing at their groundbreaking new restaurant, The Preserve at eculent. The discussion also featured award-winning Chef Crystal Wahpepah (Kickapoo Nation of Oklahoma), owner and executive chef of Wahpepahs Kitchen in Oakland and Dana Thompson, co-owner of the company The Sioux Chef and lineal descendant of the Wahpeton-Sisseton and Mdewakanton Dakota tribes.
