5-6 medium size boiled Potato
1 finely chopped Onion
1/2 cup finely chopped Carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped (grated) Cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped Capsicum
100 gms grated Paneer
1 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp chopped Ginger
2-3 tbsp chopped Coriander
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
3-4 tbsp Bread Crumbs
3 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Ginger Paste
1/4 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Water as needed
1 plate Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying

[FOR SPICY SAUCE]

2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
1 tbsp chopped Onion
1 tbsp chopped Capsicum
1 tbsp chopped Carrot
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Corn Flour Slurry
Coriander or Spring Onion to sprinkle
Water as needed
Pinch of salt (Taste the Sauce before adding)
