How to Cook Grilled Pork Belly and Tuna Ceviche
Grilled pork bellly ingredients:
2 lbs pork belly
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup banana ketchup
1 piece lime (3 pieces calamansi)
6 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Tuna Ceviche ingredients:
2 lbs. tuna, cubed
5 pieces lime
1 cup white vinegar
1 piece onion, chopped
10 pieces Thai chili, chopped
4 thumbs ginger, minced
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
