Ingredients:
Roasted Chana - 200 gms (1 bowl)
Ghee - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Milk 1-2 tbsp (if needed)
Almonds, Pista

Sugar syrup:
Sugar - 150 gms (1/2 bowl)
Water - 1/4 bowl
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Orange Food Colour - a pinch

Method:
1. Grind roasted chana in mixer grinder jar to form fine powder.
2. In a pan, melt ghee and fry nuts of choice until crisp.
3. In same pan add more ghee if required, and roast flour for 5-10 min till it gets smooth. Put some Milk & mix it well. Keep it for cooling down.
4. Make Sugar Syrup of 1 string with Sugar, Water, Cardamom Powder & Orange Food Colour. Put Sugar Syrup in Flour Mixture gradually & put some coarsely ground Dry Fruits in it. Put the Barfi Mixture in a greased tray & keep it to set for 30 mins. Then cut it in pieces & enjoy the yummy, and delicious Roasted Chana Barfi at home.
