Instant cream cheese
2 cups crumbled paneer
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

To make cream cheese toast
4 toasted bread slices
2 tbsp cream cheese
4 tomato slices
1 tsp fried garlic slices
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp olive oil

For cream cheese
1. To make cream cheese, in a mixer jar combine all the ingredients and blend till smooth paste.
2. Store the cream cheese in an air tight container or use as require for 2 days.

To make cream cheese toast
1. Place a toasted bread slice on a clean dry surface, apply the cream cheese.
2. Place the tomato slice and fried garlic slices on each bread.
3. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on each toasted bread.
4. Drizzle little olive and enjoy this cream cheese toast.
