1. Wheat Flour Dosa
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
cup yogurt
cup semolina
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
1-2 tsp ghee
Water as required

2. Instant Oats Poha Dosa
Ingredients:
To make Dosa:
1 cup oats
1 cup poha
1 cup semolina
1 cup curd
Salt to your taste
1 tsp Eno
Oil
Water as required

To make potato mixture:
6-7 Boiled Mashed potatoes
cup finely chopped onion
1-2 mid-size finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
tsp garam masala
tsp mango powder
1-2 chopped green chili
Salt to your taste
1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Few curries leave

3. Wheat Flour Spinach Dosa
Ingredients:
To Make Palak Paste:
1 Cup Fresh Chopped Palak
1-Inch Chopped Ginger
2-3 Green Chillies

To Make Dosa Batter:
1 Cup Wheat Flour
Cup Semolina
Palak Paste
Salt As Per Taste
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Eno

To Make Paneer Filling:
250-Gram Grated Paneer
Cup Chopped Onion
Cup Finely Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
Cup Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
Cup Green Capsicum
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt As Per Taste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
3-4 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
2-3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Tsp Oil
