#Instantmeduwada is almost every South Indian's favourite snack. Also known as Indian doughnut, Medu Vada is a significant part of every auspicious occasion's menu. This traditional South Indian delicacy requires some basic and healthy ingredients to be prepared. These soft fritters are known by different names in different regions.Ingredients QuantityPoha 2 cupsWater to soakRice flour 2 tbspCurd 2 tbspChopped green chilli 2 no'sCumin seeds 1tspSalt to tasteWater 2 tbspCooking soda a pinchMethod In a bowl take poha add water and soak it for 3 to 4 mins Once it's been soaked properly starin it . With the help of the spoon mash the poha and mix it well Add rice flour , curd, cumin seeds , salt and mix it well add water , cooking soda and mix it well In a kadhai add oil n let it get heat, till then take a bowl of water apply it to your both palms. Now take small amount of batter make a round shape with your thumb make a hole in a center. Once the oil is hot, slide the vada in to the hot oil, once it's slightly golden turn over the other side, fry it on a medium flame so that it's cooked from Inside.
