It also happens to be jain!INSTANT NOODLE FRANKIEIngredients75 grams instant noodles4 ready-made rotis½ small yellow capsicum, diced½ small red capsicum, diced½ small green capsicum, diced2 tbsps boiled sweet corn kernels2 tsps Jain noodles masala¼ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder½ tsp red chilli powderA pinch of garam masala powderSalt to taste100 grams cottage cheese, cut into small cubes1 tsp ghee + for applying + for toastingFrankie masala for sprinklingMint mayo to serveMethod1. Boil sufficient water in a non-stick wok, add instant noodles, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and green capsicum. Add sweet corn and mix well. 2. Add Jain noodles masala, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.3. Add cottage cheese and ghee and mix well. Cook till the noodles are done and the mixture becomes a little dry. Switch the heat off and allow to cool slightly.4. Take a roti and apply ghee on it and sprinkle Frankie masala on top. Place a portion of the prepared noodles on top and roll tightly. 5. Heat ghee in a non-stick tawa, place the prepared Frankie and drizzle with ghee, roast for 1 minute on both sides and take the Frankie off the heat. 6.
