This monsoon, these deep fried crispy noodle pakoda are a must try !

INSTANT NOODLES PAKODA

Ingredient

1 packet instant noodles along with taste maker
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 cup gram flour (besan)
Spring onion greens, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-fry
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Green chutney for serving

Method

1. Boil 1 cup water in a non-stick deep pan, add taste maker, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder, salt and mix well.
2. Add broken instant noodles, cook till ¾ done and set aside
3. Take prepare mixture in a bowl add spring onion greens and mix well.
4. Heat sufficient ghee in a kadai.
5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and Deep-fry pakodas in medium hot oil till crispy and golden. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
6. Serve hot with green chutney.
