Instant Pot Dim Sum Malay Cake / Ma Lai Go / Chinese Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

2 eggs
6 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons cake and pastry flour
2 tablespoons custard powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Above recipe is for 6 pan.
Double the recipe for 7 pan.

Directions:
1. Beat eggs until fluffy. Then add sugar and mix.
2. Add milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix.
3. Sift dry ingredients and mix with rest of batter until just combined
4. Pour into 6 pan. Add water and trivet then pan to instant pot.
5. Select cake function high pressure for 20 minutes.
