Vegan Stuffed Peppers, Turkish Style

Vegan stuffed peppers with veggies and bulgur.
for a hearty taste use lots of onions.
you can also add grated carrots and even eggplants
garlic, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, bulgur, or rice.
I flavored it with salt, black pepper, and dried mint and chopped parsley
Stuff the peppers with this delicious filling, tuck pieces of tomatoes, and pour a tomato sauce over it and cook. For an extra taste broil for 10 minutes and enjoy!
