Instant Pot Fish Curry - Kerala Style - Fish Molee

Instant Pot Fish Curry is inspired by a popular fish curry thats traditional in the Southern part of India, specifically Kerala, where my family comes from. Based on fish molee or meen molee, this mild coconut milk-based curry with a tinge of tartness is so quick and easy to make. Kick up the heat by adding more jalapeno or serrano chilies. Serve over rice.

You can use frozen fish, as long as the pieces are separate. You might need to add a minute.

** Keep in mind, just because it's a "curry" doesn't mean it needs curry powder. Curry just refers to a dish with gravy, at least in the Indian context. **
