1 cup Suji
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp besan
1 tsp sugar
Add 1 tsp salt
1 cup curds
1/4 tsp baking soda

Potato sabji
---------------------
5-6 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
1 tsp udad dal
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp heeng
1 tsp jeera
2-3 green chopped chillies
8-10 curry leaves
1 big chopped onion
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi powder
Add fresh coriander

Chutney
---------------
Few coconut pieces
2 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp curds
1 piece ginger
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp salt
Little curry leaves
Little fresh dhaniya
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp rai
Little heeng
1/2 tsp udad dal
Little curry leaves
