Instant Rava Uttapam with Besan | Instant Besan Sooji Uttapam । Quick and Easy Semolina Uttapam | Nisha Madhulika | TedhiKheer

Instant Quick Rava Uttapam prepared with besan and veggies makes an delicious breakfast and evening snack when served along chutney or tomato sauce.

Ingredients
Chickpea flour - 1 cup (100 grams)
Semolina - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Curd - 1 cup (whisked)
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chilly - 1
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Green coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 tsp (paste)
Salt - 3/4 tsp or to taste
Eno fruit salt - 3/4 tsp

Directions

Getting ready:
Finely chop the capsicum, tomato and green chilly.

MAking:
Take chickpea flour in a big mixing bowl followed by semolina, curd and some water. Whisk everything until the lumps dissolves completely. Cover and keep the batter aside for 15 to 20 minutes to set.

15 minutes later, batter will turn fluffy. Now add tomato, capsicum, green chilly, salt, ginger, green coriander and some more water in the batter and mix everything thoroughly. Atlast, add eno fruit salt in the batter and mix nicely.

Heat a non-stick tawa or pan and spread some oil on it. Now pour 1 tbsp of batter on the pan and spread it slightly.

Then cover and cook the uttapam for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-low flame. Later, flip the sides then cover and cook for 2 minutes until brown spots appears this side as well.

Uttapam is ready, transfer them on a plate and similarly prepare the rest of the uttapams as well.

Serving:
Serve these nutritious and delicious chickpea flour and semolina uttapams steaming hot along with tomato sauce, green coriander chutney or any other chutney you like.
