Instant Thandai Masala which lasts for 1 Month | Instant Thandai Drink Recipe | Holi Special Recipe

Thandai is a traditional, refreshing and cooling Indian beverage which is specifically made during festivals like Holi and Maha shivratri. Even thandai is enjoyed on hot sunny days. This delicious and aromatic coolant is made with milk, nuts, seeds and few whole spices. Today I am sharing quick and Instant recipe of making Thandai using homemade premix or thandai masala. So no need to buy readymade thandai premix when you can make it at home in just 2 minutes without soaking. Do try ou the recipe and enjoy holi with your near and dear ones :)

For Thandai Premix/ Masala:
* Almonds (बादाम) - 2 tbsp
* Cashew Nuts (काजू) - 2 tbsp
* Pistachio (पिस्ता) - 2 tbsp
* Poppy Seeds (खस खस) - 2 tbsp
* Melon Seeds (खरबूज के बीज) - 2 tbsp
* Fennel Seeds (सौंफ) - 1-1.5 tbsp
* Chirongi (चिरौंजी) - 2 tbsp
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 8-10
* Nutmeg (जायफल)
* Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric Powder
* Saffron (केसर)
* Sugar (चीनी)
* Dried Rose Petals
* Milk (दूध) - 3/4 cup

RECIPE:
To make Thandai Premix: Take Poppy Seeds, Almonds, Melon Seeds, Cashew Nuts, Fennel Seeds, Chirongi, Pistachio, & put all in the jar then grind them all.
Add in cardamom powder, nutmeg and cinnamon powder along with turmeric powder. Mix well and store in air tight container. This is Thandai Masala ready.
To make Thandai drink: For 1 glass Thandai, put ice cubes, 1 spoon Thandai Premix, Milk & sugar in a blender jar. Garnish with saffron and dried rose petals. Serve chilled.
For Kulfi, Take Milk in the pan & boil it then put 1 cup Thandai Premix in it & boil it then keep it for cooling down & put it in the glass vessel then cover it & freeze it. Take out it after some time & cut the in the shape of Kulfi & Enjoy it.
