Ingredients for
Sooji-Veggies Pitor
For Pitor
Gram Flour - बेसन - 1/2 Cup (50 grams)
Semolina - सूजी - 1/2 Cup (80 grams)
Curd - दही - 1/2 Cup
Asafetida - हींग - 1/2 a pinch
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, coarsely ground
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - अदरक - 1 inch baton, finely chopped
Peas - मटर - 1/4 Cup
Cauliflower - फूलगोभी - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
Capsicum - शिमलामिर्च - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
Carrot - गाजर - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
Salt - नमक - more than 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - धनिया पत्ता - 1-2 tbsp

For Dhaniya Chutney:
Coriander Leaves - धनिया पत्ता - 1 Cup
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 inch baton
Asafoetida - हींग - 1/2 a pinch
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - काला नमक - 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder - अमचूर पाउडर - 1 tsp
