Irani Chai | హైదెరాబాదీ ఫేమస్ దం ఛాయ్

Irani Chai / Hyderabadi Dum Chai recipe at home, simple and easy but time consuming but tastes super tasty and is a delightful one.

Ingredients
Water: 1/2 a Liter
Tea Leaves: 2 Tablespoons
Sugar: 2 Tablespoons
Cardamom: 2 crushed
Milk: 1/2 a Liter
Condensed Milk: 2 Tablespoons

Method of Preparation:
Irani Chai/ Dum Chai, Hyderabadi special and popular Tea recipe.
Take a pan with 2 Glasses of Water (approximately 1/2 a Lit), for 4 to 5 Cups of Tea.
Add 2 Tbsp of Tea Leaves Powder and Sugar each, and 2 crushed Cardamoms.
Place a lid and let it boil, as we cook biryani, the steam should not come out. Better to place a heavy object on the lid or seal it with the dough.
let it boil for 30 to 35 min on low flame, take 1/2 a Lit of thick milk, and bring it to a boil.
Add 2 Tbsp of Condensed Milk and let it boil for some more time until the color changes and the Milk is a little thick.
We can see the Milk has become thick and has changed the color, so put off the flame.
Now, will heck the decoction, even if it is done. will serve them in the cups.
Pour 1/4 of Decoction or as needed in the Cup, add milk, and mix.
Ready tasty and delightful Irani Chai at Home.
