Italian Papadi Pizza Chaat is a desi-Italian fusion delight. Chaat papadis are topped with cheese, red pasta, olives and Jalapenos and baked.ITALIAN CHAAT Ingredients16-20 paani puri puris 1½ cups fresh tomato puree2 tablespoon tomato ketchup1 teaspoon red chilli flakes1 teaspoon dried oregano10-12 fresh basil leavesSalt to taste½ teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons olive oil1 tablespoon finely chopped babycorn1 tablespoon finely chopped zucchini1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell capsicum 1 tablespoon finely chopped green capsicum 1 tablespoon finely chopped yellow capsicum Grated processed cheese for sprinkling Method1. To make sauce, heat tomato puree in a deep non-stick pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add ketchup and mix well.2. Add ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, ½ teaspoon oregano, 5-6 basil leaves, salt, sugar and 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix well. Remove from heat and cool. 3. Heat remaining olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add babycorn, zucchini, all the capsicums, and sauté for 1 minute.4. Add salt, remaining oregano, remaining basil leaves and remaining chilli flakes and mix well. Remove from heat and cool. 5. Fill each puri with a portion of the prepared vegetable mixture and top with some prepared sauce. Sprinkle cheese on each and top with some more sauce. 6. Serve immediately.
