This is not a classic Ivorian recipe This recipe was inspired by how Ivorians enjoy their attieke with fish, peppers and vegetables and wanted to make a succulent version,the results as u can see is impeccable !!!!!Notes:-Alcohol burns out or evaporates to a lower percentage when cooked or flamb but it's optional (if you are okay with it .. I highly recommend u try it with the liqueur (tequila to be Precise)-it is not spicy as it looks, cos it's cooked down plus u can always reduce the pepper and add more bell peppers or onions instead
